Photography can express Love, Hate, Happiness, Pain, nearly everything. That’s why I love Photography. Always looking for new perspectives, I try to freeze these expressions.
I do photography since ive been 10 years old (my first digi cam, was a sony .. but i forget the name. The turn came as i bought a new DSLR, canon 450d + 17-40, 4.0L, and with the new possibilites, like HDR, i try to find the “perfect” picture.

Caps, glasses, photobag, camera, lighter, cigarettes, keys, cellphone, fun – everything there for a photosafari. Let’s play! If I am not with my cam, I work as a media designer in an advertisement agency, love to go out for a coffee, try to enjoy life, and see what comes along. I love photos, I like the moment, I am spontaneous, I have patience, taking a closer look at things, pulling the trigger – “clack”! I’m on a DSLR now for about 3 years – my photoblog started in something like june 2006.

Hi, my name is Michael, started to photograph digital in 2000. Tried this new medium to take some pictures of my kids. Made many pictures with compact and bridge cameras, but was unhappy about the quality of the pictures.
In 2008 I entered the the world of DSLR with my NIKON D40x and started making photography to my hobby.

My name is Stefan Kassal and I live currently in Munich, Germany.
I started taking pictures some years ago with a Olympus Camedia Z3000 (or something like that). After that I bought myself a Canon 350D DSLR
and that’s been the moment when I really started to invest a lot of time and energy in my pictures. I found myself having the most fun when shooting people or taking macro pictures of tiny animals in the nature. These two are now my preferred working area.

I started digital photography in 2003. After having several compact & brigde digital cameras I got my first DSLR in 2007: the Pentax K100D.
What a giant leap forward! It has changed the way I take photos so much! When I take photos I forget all the troubles around me; that’s probably why I love photography so much.
I am now using my third Pentax DSLR, currently I am using the Pentax K-x.
I was born in Germany near Cologne and one year ago I moved to beautiful Austria, Tyrol.

My Name is Jana from Janasworld. I was born in the GDR on February 1976.
When I was a child, I got a small “orange” plastic camera, which only worked with black and white films. Later, my father allowed me to take photos with his Practica. Hoewever, the photography was not my hobby yet. But then, in 1997 the situation changed and snapping pictures began to grow to photography.
In 1996, I went to south africa as a participant of a great geography excursion of my university. After the excursion, I was very disappointed of the quality of my pictures, because I took them with a normal compact camera. 12 months later, in 1997, before I started going on the next excursion to New Zealand, I bought a Nikon F70. And so my greatest hobby was born.

I started with Minolta Massum 400SI. My first digital camera was a Minolta Dimage F100. Thank God for this…no more expensive film rolls and developments! I have intensified my picture taking ever since.

My name is Maximilian Motel.
I’m a student from Münster, Germany and I’m passionate
about photography since I started about a year ago – on my 18th birthday.
I started taking pictures with digital compact cameras of friend’s of mine till I had enough money to buy a DLSR. I’m always looking for technically good images because I think that technique is always important and I like to challenge myself to become technically better.
I’ve had several phases in which I spend a lot of time on a certain art form. At first I started filming and drawing, then I did some web design, after that, I switched to 3D-CGI stuff directly followed by some Game Design and so on.

I was born in Cologne on April, 26th 1976.
I always wanted to do images.
As a child I started drawing and painting. Later on I discovered the digital way of life, and did some Digital Art and 3D-Artworks.
In 2006 I discovered the joy of photography. This is what I want to do!
I started with a Fuji “Bridgecam” 9500.
Last year I decided to get a real DSLR. And now I take my pictures with a SONY alpha 200.
My favourite genres are landscape and portraits. I don’t use any flashes, and probably never will.
Available light is the real thing.
I don’t think that good photographs must be technically perfect.
Most of the time, when I see a technically perfect photo, I’m getting bored.
